As it stands here in Illinois we are in the middle of winter. Even on a day like today when the temps are above 30 degrees and it seems as if after going through snow, ice and cold temps that we may be experiencing a heat wave we all know that winter is still here. The time for planting and spring will be here soon and the time for planning is at hand now.
