Kitchen Tips




I thought that I would share a few kitchen tips today




  1. when hard boiling eggs add a bit of oil to water to make peeling easier


  2. if your eggs are getting older hard boil them to make then last another week or 2

  1. Thanks for the tips, I never knew about the oil in the water tip, and they always seem hard to peel.

  2. I also heard that older eggs are easier to peel so you should let them sit in the fridge for a few weeks before boiling them.

  4. I heard that a dash of salt helps prevent breaking. I am not sure if it works all the time. lol What is the exact time an egg should boil? (10 to 15 min) Hmmm....
