It seems that we can not go anywhere to get away from stress. It is simply a natural response to the hectic fast paced lives that we all seem to lead. It is normal to feel like we are on our last nerve or close to the breaking point occasionally but when that stress is constant with no relief a problem is present. A staggering 44% of us suffer from work related stress, depression and other anxieties. That number is extremely to high leaving the world and those in it on edge.
Too much stress is bad for us. The thing to do is find ways to manage it in our lives. What works for one person may not work for another. There is ways to reduce stress so that we can all enjoy life and live it with a smile.
