These cows would love for you to come out and eat more chicken. I must say that I love fried chicken and this vintage recipe would have been just for me.

I brine the chicken for a day and then roll them in a mixture of flour, cornstarch and Japanese bread crumbs then deep fry. Crispy on the outside, juicy inside! :)

If I'm cooking chicken, it's generally roasted. Or today I did a homemade chicken and mushroom pie, so I friend the chicken in coconut oil.
