3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 cups Strawberry Sauce Make it your own
In a medium bowl, stir together the sugar and 1 cup of boiling water until the sugar dissolves, then stir in the Strawberry Sauce. Pour the mixture into a 9-by-13-inch baking pan and freeze. Stir the granita with a fork once every 30 minutes until frozen, 1-1/2 to 2 hours. (The consistency will be granular.) Scrape the granita into serving cups or bowls.
