TACO CASSEROLE
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. onions
Taco seasoning
Sm. can chili peppers (chopped)
Mix in blender: 3/4 c. Bisquick 3 eggs
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Brown hamburger and onions. Add seasonings. Drain well. Grease casserole dish. Place meat on bottom evenly. Sprinkle green chili peppers on meat. Mix milk, Bisquick and eggs and pour over the meat and peppers. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Then place sliced tomatoes on top and sprinkle shredded cheese over tomatoes. Bake another 10 minutes.
Top with sour cream, small pieces of tomatoes and shredded lettuce.
