- Son heading off to college seems to be gaining more responsibility and ready to take of several things for himself. Makes me proud because it seems as if I have done well in my job as mom
- Daughter raising a little princess that compares to none other. I am very proud of my daughter as her and her husband creates a wonderful family. Once again proud because she asks for help from me when needed and it seems as if I have raised a wonderful daughter who has become a great mommy.
- Daughter (middle one) learning what responsibility is helping to take care of her sister and baby as her sister gets ready to have teeth worked on. Oh this little girl who is now 18 has made me as a mother very happy. She has graduated from high school and is ready to take on the college world and plans on working in the social work field as a missionary
- Son (middle one) happy to be entering his senior year of high school. Oh how happy he is as he knows it will be his last year to play football. He plans on entering college the following year not for sure what he will do with his life but believes somehow he will work with disadvantaged children or those with learning needs. Let me share with you about this young man who they said would not talk, read or learn to write. Now in high school he makes straight A's This momma does not take no as an answer
- His twin sister is also ready for her senior year. She is a bit quieter than her brother and often gets overlooked. I was so proud of her when she reminded us (as if we would forget) that she to would be graduating from high school. I have seen this little lady take large steps in maturity as she has reached her senior year in high school. No real follow up plan known for her yet. I am sure that God has special plans for her though.
- My youngest will be a sophomore in high school this coming year. I am most proud of him as I watch him change daily. He is kind and quite and knows that he wants to serve people and his Lord in the field of construction. He wants to build for those who need help or have mass destruction. He plans to share the word of God with those who he helps. I am so happy and proud that he found this path on his own
- My nephew just turned 5 this week and will be heading off to kindergarten. Oh how I have seen this little one changing from the human tornado to a young man who can be polite and make friends with anyone
- My nephew who will be 4 later this month. He is special because he was neglected by his momma and my younger brother fought for custody of him. I took care of him allot of his early life. At 10 months old he could not hold his head up, hold his bottle, play with a toy or even hold a rattle. I have watched him grow from that sorry state to one that runs, plays, and acts like other children his own age. I truly do love him and know that he fits well within the family he belongs in now.
- My niece who is nearly 18 months old who can hold her own against her brothers. This little gal belongs to my sister in law who came into my brothers life and helped clean it up. I am so proud of this little gal because she is full of so much love.
- My princess of a granddaughter who is my heart and soul. Oh I do not know where I would be without her. I love this little gal more than life itself it seems. She is so super special to me and her papa. So many things that she already does and we wait at the age of our seats to see what she will do next.
