slow cook carrot cake






A little while back I won a great Sandra Lee Semi Homemade slow cooker recipes book. I am going to share a recipe out of that book here.

Carrot Spoon Cake

butter flavor Pam
box spice cake mix
2 c shredded carrots
1 box instant butterscotch pudding and pie filling mix
4 eggs
1 8oz can crush pineapple
1 c sour cream
1 c water
3/4 c oil
whip cream

Coat slow cooker with Pam Mix in bowl the cake mix, carrots, pudding, eggs, pineapple, sour cream, and oil. Beat with mixer 2 minutes Transfer to slow cooker. cover cook low 5 hours Serve warm with whip cream

  4. Found you @ BlisDomst - I love to use my slow-cooker - I think I'll mark this to try it soon! I LOVE carrot cake - and I would be very excited with an "easy" recipe.

  5. No way...in my crock pot? I am going to have to try this. I have known that you could do cakes in them, but just never had a recipe at my finger tips. Now I have no excuse. Thanks for linking to Tasty Tuesday. :)
