Make UP A Super Easy Soup to Watch the Super Bowl

Next weekend February 11th will see two NFL teams go head-to-head against each other. Both teams have proved that they are worthy beating out other teams to get the place where they are. Oh yes, there's going to be a football and boy oh boy it's going to be a good one. The super bowl 2004 will be played to find the annual champion of the NFL sport. This year the

Kansas City Chiefs the AFC championship

San Francisco 49ers the NFC champions

So  be ready for the battle of the game. It is a good bet that if you are a fan you should watch with intensity to see if your team wins. So, I have a great idea while watching the super bowl how about having a big bowl of soup that cooks ahead of time and is ready for the show. This super easy recipe is made with canned veggies and easy to cook

1 lb  ground beef

2 (15 ounce) cans ranch style beans
2 (14 ounce) cans minestrone soup
2 (15 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
1 (10 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes & chilies

Brown the ground beef and drain well.
Put ground meat in a crock pot. Add ranch beans, minestrone, tomatoes, and Rotel (don't drain any of it).
cook on low at least 4 hours but preferably all day - the longer the better

Enjoy!!! Best Luck to your team
