January is national hobbies month. Hobbies can help us all by taking pressure off of work and worries. For just a moment escape from reality and participate in a hobby. Hobbies can include exercising at the gym, working in the garden or with plants that are inside, cooking and discovering new recipes, getting out meeting others and volunteering, writing in a journal of your life like a diary or spending time reading a good book, and one of my favorites traveling either local or longer distances.
