No Bake CheeseCake




  • 16 oz Organic Cream Cheese, softened
  • 4 Tbsp Real Maple Syrup + 5 drops Stevia
  • 2 C Organic Sour Cream
  • 4 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 C Organic Cream, whipped
  • CRUST:
  • 4 C finely ground Almonds
  • 1/2 C Organic Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Real Salt
  • 4 large rounded Tbsp Coconut Flour

  • Combine crust ingredients and press into 2 pans. Whip cream and set aside. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then beat in maple syrup and stevia, sour cream and vanilla. Then fold in whipping cream.
    Pour into crust and refrigerate.
