Red White and Blue decor

Some of the best decoration pieces to me are the easiest. Simple to make these red, white and blue glass candle holdors make perfect decor for a 4th of July celebration. Simple color rice using appropriate color. Use this easy method to color rice and layer in a glass container of your choice.
