Be Careful Out There

Last night I found myself somewhere that I would rather never see again. The emergency room. My son, the athlete, was taking part in an event at church when his back suddenly popped and great pain was felt. It seems that after playing football for 4 years, wrestling for sport at school for 3 years and the various miles he has ran he actually pulled a muscle in his back. So now we are on muscle relaxers, pain killers and lots of rest. So be careful out there.
