The Electrical Safety Foundation International is a non-profit organization that is dedicated exclusively to promoting electrical safety in the home, school and workplace. National Electrical Safety Month is an annual campaign that educates key audiences about the steps that can e taken in order to reduce the number of electrically related fires, fatalities, injuries and property loss. In 2018 the safety month helps bring safety awareness to the community, organizations, schools, and / or family. In raising awareness about electrical hazards the hope is that home electrical fires, injuries and deaths can all be reduced.
