Banana CHocolate Mini Cheesecakes
12 oreos
8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1/3 c sugar
2 eggs
1 t lemon juice
1/2 c mashed banana
2 ozs. german sweet chocolate, broken in pieces
1 1/2 T. cold water
1 1/2 T butter
Banana slices
preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place one cookie in bottom of 12 paper lined muffin cups. Beat cheese, sugar and juice in large bowl til blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mix after each addition. Blend in bananas pour over cookies, filling each cup 3/4 full. Bake 20 minutes or til set. Melt chocolate with water in pan over low heat, stirring constantly Remove from heat: stir in margarine til melted Cool
