when i was little i had a pair of slippers that looked like monster feet. i wore them everywhere...even on walks around town! they made me trip because the toes stuck out so far, but that didnt stop me from wearing them. i wore them until the bottoms fell off, and then i tried to fix them using actual band-aids!!!

ReplyDeleteI don't remember any shoes from when I was young except these really ugly blue suede high healed penny loafers I "had to have" in 8th grade. I would like to win the shoes for my son who has a bit of a shoe fetish and is pretty picky. When he was 3 he fell in love with lime green booties with flourescent orange shoelaces. He insisted on wearing them even when they were too tight and with his shorts in the summer
ReplyDeleteIf I won, I would pick the Brown Samantha shoes for my daughter.
ReplyDeleteThey are too cute!
melissalam100@yahoo.com
When I was younger, I always hated going shoe shopping because my mom always bought the cheapest shoes she could find (mostly because my feet were still growing). I hated it. Not only did the shoes sometimes hurt my feet, they never looked as nice as my friend's shoes. That is why I would LOVE to win these for my daughter. They are comfortable and stylish.

i like the black skipper shoes!

I had a pair of white patent leather go go boots when I was in 2nd grade...I wore them with EVERYTHING! I was so sad when my foot grew and I couldn't fit into them anymore...until santa brought...RED patent leather go go boots...and the story continues today. Thank God my foot doesn't grow anymore!

ReplyDeleteI would love to give these to my daughter who is into everything pretty and fashionable! She loves shoes and although she is still a toddler amazingly would choose shoes over toys...
ReplyDeleteMolly - pink size 9. So cute!
ReplyDeleteMy daughter loves cute shoes and would really like these.
ReplyDeleteI love the Skipper shoes in Navy/White. I would love to have these for my son.
ReplyDeleteA special pair of shoes for me were black boots with buckles on them. I wore them until they were literally falling apart. I had used glue and staples just so I could keep wearing them. One day I wore a different pair of shoes to school and when I came home they were gone. My mom had thrown them away and I was devastated! You would have thought someone died! We still make jokes about it.
ReplyDeleteI love the Lola Lu's in yellow. I love the shoes and I have an Aunt Lola love her too. I also like the Molly's in white, red, doesn't matter what color they are adorable.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the wonderful giveaway I have never seen Bugaboo shoes before they are adorable.
My niece will love any pair.
When I was young I remember one of my very favorite shoes were a pair of Penny Loafers, I loved those shoes. I think more than for "style" was the ease of putting them on..hehe. My most favorite pair of shoes would be when I purchased my very first pair of Nike's on my own with my own babysitting money. I loved those shoes, wore them out.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway.

These would be for my 2-1/2 year old granddaughter because last year I won a pair of See Kai Run shoes for her four year old sister, and the younger one wouldn't talk to me on the phone for nearly a month! I have promised her a new pair of shoes and these shoes are just darling :)

I love the Paulie Ann shoes!

During the summer of my 11th year (dates me, doesn't it? lol), jelly shoes had been introduced at were very popular. I remember begging for a pair, but my mother thought they were the ugliest shoes she had ever laid eyes on and didn't really want to buy me a pair.
ReplyDeleteFinally she relented and bought me a purple pair!
I wore that pair of shoes everywhere! Whether they matched my outfit or not. It absolutely drove my mother insane. lol
When jelly shoes made their reappearance on the style fads again, I immediately ran out and bought a pair. But for some reason they just didn't hold the same excitement at 30+ that they did as a kid. :(
Told story above. :)

ReplyDeleteStory about shoes: I always remember growing up and going shoe shopping with my mom. We'd always go to Stride Rite, and I'd always love the ones will all the frills. They'd always ask if I wanted to wear them out or in a bag--wear them out of course! I was a shoe girl even before I knew you could be one!

ReplyDeleteWhen I was in 2nd grade, we were required to keep a pair of sneakers at school to wear to gym class. My mom didn't want to spend a lot on shoes that I wouldn't really be wearing, so she found a new pair of sneakers at a garage sale. But they were purple! I was always embarrassed to wear them in gym class, but look back now and think I had the coolest shoes out of all my classmates!
