Fall Flowers

Chrysanthemum or Mums as they are better known come in a variety of colors.  Reds, oranges, yellow, peach, white and pink to name a few. They can be purchased in a tiny 2 inch wide pot up to giant mums that grow a couple of feet across.

Celosia are both durable and easy to care for. They appear in the natural colors of fall. Colors of yellow, orange, red and deep burgundy purple Celosia is perfect to landscape beds and borders.

Flowering Kale or flowering cabbage is one of the toughest fall plants. The frosty temps of late fall will not tarnish the plant and it will continue to look good throughout the mild winter months. Flowering Kale should not be consumed but rather enjoyed as we look at its color and texture.

Aster is a beautiful fall perennial or annual. It appears in shades of purple, pink, white and blue. Aster is enjoyed by hungry bees and butterflies that have not went away as well.
