We have 5 kids! You would NOT believe how much garbage we were creating! But now, we use cloth in the bathroom, at the table, for diapers, and for clean ups. We have cut our waste by 2/3 by switching to cloth :)

We are vigilant about recycling! All of the local municipalities in our area have curbside recycling programs. However, we live in a apartment community where the laws do NOT apply. We are responsible for taking our trash out to dumpsters. Since the dumpsters are emptied by a private company, we do not have any means for recycling. Therefore, we take our recyclable items to the local recycling center.
