Taco Beef Dip
Serves: 16
1 pound Lean ground beef
1-1/2 cups Heinz® Tomato Ketchup
1 package Taco seasoning mix
8 ounces Sour cream
Thoroughly cook ground beef; drain fat. Stir in Ketchup and taco seasoning mix. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and serve warm. Just before serving, sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese and chopped green onions or chives. Serve with tortilla chips.
