P is for Flowers (or at least the name of them)

Today is ABC Wednesday and the letter of the week is the letter p. I started to think of words that started with letter P and just how I could use them in a post and I came up with names of flowers. My mother has a green thumb it is for sure and she has lots of flowers in her yard that she has now but more in the yard that we lived in when I was growing up. Here are some of my favorites

polyanthus
PANSY
PETUNIA
Peony (one of my favorites)
