Easily Remove Egg Shells


With spring and summer coming up quickly we will be preparing more deviled egg recipes. Here is a great tip to help remove the egg shells from the egg easily.


Egg shells can b easily removed from hard boiled eggs if they are quickly rinsed in cold water after they are boiled. Also, add a drop of food coloring to help tell the cooked eggs apart from the raw ones in your fridge.

  1. That food coloring idea is wonderful.

    Some say a little salt in the water helps the eggs peel easier, that's what I do.
