Do you ever have times when you just don't know what to put on the menu? Well that is me this week. I know what i will be making tonight and that is it. I would love for you to offer ideas so that I can gain a sense of what I will be shopping for at the store before I go. Here is what we are having tonight
roast beef sandwich, potatos, corn

It is tricky isn't it? I see what meat is available and thankfully I remember some of the matches that go with the meats. If it is a special recipe I have found especially for the meat, sometimes we have to go back for those few ingredients.
