Can you imagine trying to heard a bunch of cats?? This task would be very futile and difficult to say the least. As far as I know there is no professional cat herder. However, there are many that are or have tried to manage the unmanageable.
Cats are independent, solitary, and easily distracted creatures. Many humans also have these items in their list of characteristics.
