Breakfast Fruit Salad

2 ripe bananas
A handful of grapes
2/3 cup walnuts, shelled
1 tablespoon butter (or sunflower, grapeseed oil)
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Peels the bananas and slice into 1/2 inch (1,25 cm) thick slices. Rinse and cut the grapes in half, remove the seeds with the tip of a knife. Set a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add butter (or oil). Lay down your banana slices, and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. Watch the heat and turn it down if banana browns too quickly. When banana is caramelized, divide in individual bowls. In the same pan, add the grapes, walnuts, honey and cinnamon. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes then divide over the banana slices into each bowls. You can deglaze the pan with a few drops of water to make a syrup. Enjoy
