1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
3/4 cup non-fat or low-fat Greek yogurt
3/4 cup infant brown rice or oatmeal cereal
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and insert popsicle sticks in center of each popsicle mold; freeze 5 hours or longer.
To remove popsicles, place mold in a hot water bath for a few minutes and gently rock each popsicle stick back and forth to remove popsicles from mold.
To store, place popsicles in a freezer bag in a single layer.
