Lehi Thunder Voice Eagle Sanchez is an artist that first had a need before he was an artist. Lehi is a 37 year old Navajo painter who found himself in need of money to pay college tuition. A family friend offered to pay his college in return for a painting created by Sanchez. This was the first time he had created a painting before then he created sketches.
Painting to Lehi Sanchez became a money source and therapeutic. In return Sanchez's work offers a soothing feeling but one that is powerful as well. His collection includees warriors in headdresses with eyes that are penetrating, Wild horses with wind blown manes and more.
