Drink More Water



Water makes up 75% of your brain and helps regulate body temperature as well. Our skin would not look so fresh and young without water. Water also helps to protect our heart and other organs. Fat, constipation, and fatigue are all symptoms water can be guarded against. A few of the good things that water does for the body include carrying oxygen to cells, flushing toxins out of body and controlling caloric intake. To sum it all up water is great for the body.

To figure how much water you should drink take your weight and divide by 2. This will give you the number of ounces your body needs. There are a few times that your body will need more to drink
