1 loaf frozen bread dough
2 eggs
1 tsp. oregano
dash of garlic
8 oz. pepperoni (thinly sliced)
½ lb grated cheese (colby or cheddar)

Thaw 1 loaf of frozen bread dough according to directions. Do not let it rise
Roll out on floured surface to cookie sheet size (oblong)
Cut dough in half to make 2 loaves
In a small bowl beat 2 eggs and add oregano and garlic, mix well
Brush ½ of egg mixture over dough
Layer pepperoni over both halves of dough avoiding about ½ inch on all sides
Place cheese over pepperoni, again avoiding edges
Roll-up each half and seal edges
Placed on ungreased cookie sheet or jelly roll pan with seam sides down
Brush with remaining egg mixture and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes until nicely browned
Cool slightly and cut on the diagonal
Can be served warm or room temperature
