wrap boneless , skinless chicken thighs with bacon. Larger ones may need to be double wrapped. Be sure to season chicken at this time. Line foil lined pan with wrapped chicken. For the first 30 minutes bake chicken at 250 to 275 degrees so that the bacon will release some of its fat and tighten up.
After the first 30 minutes take chicken and place on indirect heat on the grill. When done glaze with your favorite barbq sauce.
