Southern Pimento Cheese Spread



8-ounce package cream cheese
 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
8 ounces mild cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup pimentos
pinch of salt and pepper

  1. Cream together cheeses.
  2. Stir in pimentos and salt and pepper.

  3. Yummy! Hehe. This is a quick and easy, mouth-watering, whip-up cheese spread. You can spread it on crackers or whole wheat or plain bread. One important thing to remember when making this spread is to drain it well. Or else, you will have a watery pimiento spread. Also, keep it refrigerated when not in use to maintain its natural flavor.
