Shepherds pie



  • 1 Pre-made Pie Crust
  • 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 2 cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 can Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Thyme Leaves
  • 3 cups Mashed Potatoes

  • Place pie crust into pie pan and crimp edges Using a skillet, cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until beef is browned Drain fat off beef, then stir in vegetables, soup and thyme leaves Heat meat mixture until heated Spoon meat mixture into pie crust Spoon mashed potatoes over meat mixture Bake in 375 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned
