How To Clean A Cutting Board

All right so we made it through the holidays and now we are starting our day off right. I would love to share a cleaning tip with you as part of the make a bright new year in your home. Today's special tip is how to clean a cutting board

Wooden Cutting Boards

Cut a lemon lime or grapefruit in 1/2 and dip into a small dish of salt. The salt will actually use as the scrub in this cleaner. Lightly rub fruit over the cutting board, squeezing the fruit to release juices as you scrub. Rinse completely when done.

Plastic or Glass Cutting Board

Mix together 1/4 c lemon juice and 2 cups of water let cutting board soak in the mixture for 15 minutes and rinse completely
