Real Moms Love To Eat

With so many things that moms have to do there never seems to be enough time. There are always those days that never seem to end and all though we want to do the best for our families the days can grow very long. Those days are the days where we know we are hungry but may not take the time to fully understand what it is that we are munching on. Don't eat that, eat more of that, leave that alone and oh don't forget to add this to your diet. Carbs, sweets, fats, protien and the list goes on and on what is the best to put in our bodies and why? We are not alone women seem to be in a pact of its own when we discuss diets and nutrition needs. We try so hard to follow the rules that somehow we go to far and forget how to enjoy what is good for us.

A book authored by Beth Aldrich titled Real Women Love to Eat: How to Conduct a Love Affair with Food and Still Look Fabulous! shares a ten week plan that allows you to enjoy the foods you love while at the sime time looking and feeling great. Beth has had a life time interest in living healthy and has even  produced her own nationally syndicated PBS television series to help others learn a healthier life style. In 2007 Beth was involved in a serious car accident that led her down a path to studying Holistic Health and Nutrition and looking towards a happy life of health and pleasure. She not only wanted this life for herself but her husband, her children and every woman and person that would listen. Beth wanted to help the world and shares in her book and on her blog

I have never been an individual to be able to break anything cold turkey. I enjoy food to much to change patterns by myself. This book and its guidelines would be perfect for me as it has a plan laid out ahead of me. I am thankful to Beth for creating such a structured plan using her knowledge and abilities. Beth's book is broken down in three sections to create a fun and easy to follow 10 part plan for moms to implement to make gradual, life long changes in approach to food and 21 days of meal suggestions, tips, recipes, and lifestyle changes

You can find out more information on were to pre-order the book and also enter a contest just ahead  here on Beth's blog page or you can find it on Amazon.com. The book will be coming out in January 2012.
