Stuffed Biscuit Cups

Stuffed Biscuit Cups

1 can Grands Homestyle Reduced Fat Golden Wheat Biscuits

1 pkg cream cheese, softened

1 c. finely chopped broccoli

3-4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (I use turkey bacon)

1/2 lb turkey burger, cooked

1 tsp. worceshtershire sauce

shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Press biscuits into lightly greased muffin cups. In a large skillet, cook bacon strips to desired crispiness. Let cool, then tear into crumbles. In the same skillet cook the ground turkey burger until brown. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until well blended with no lumps. Stir in chopped broccoli, bacon crumbles, meat, and Worcestershire sauce. Drop by tablespoon into each biscuit cup. Top with shredded cheese and bake for 8-10 minutes or until biscuits are golden. You will have excess filling....but don't you worry, it's delicious just by itself

  1. This looks so good and easy! I am a horrible cook (really.. it is a shocker that my children actually eat) but I think I can do this! LOL
