Cauliflower Salad

3 Cups raw cauliflower


3 Cups red apples, diced

2 Cups white seedless grapes, cut in half

1/2 Cup nuts, chopped



Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Combine all the above, fold in 1/2 cup low fat whipping cream before serving.
