Summer TIme Snack

Summer time in our house there is a lot of snacking going on I try to make the snacks as good for them as I can and here is a recipe from busy cooks that would suit that purpose

•1 (8-ounce) container strawberry flavored cream cheese, softened

•1/3 cup ricotta cheese

•1/4 cup heavy cream

•1 tablespoon powdered sugar

•1 teaspoon vanilla

•assorted fresh fruit

Preparation:

Beat the softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add the ricotta cheese and beat until smooth. In small bowl, beat cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form; beat into cream cheese mixture. Pile into small bowl. Serve with assorted fresh fruit.
