Broccoli Salad



Servings: 4-6
Ingredients:
3 heads of broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
1 cup of your favorite trail mix
1/2 red onion, diced
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons white vinegar

Step one: Place broccoli, trail mix and red onion in a large mixing bowl.
Step two: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour the dressing into the broccoli mixture and stir with a spatula until the dry ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Some of the dressing will settle to the bottom of the bowl, so be sure to mix the salad before serving it.
