GameWright games win awards

GameWright created in 1991 by 4 parents whose children requested great games to play GameWright's 2010 games earned over 50 prestigious awards including Mensa Select, Oppenheim Platinum, and Parents Choice Gold award.   

GameWright a leading game manufacturer based in Newton, MA earned some of the highest awards. Among the honors include the Oppenheim Toy Portfolio Platinum Seal for the game Take the Cake and Hide and Eeek! Take the Cake also earned the National Parenting Center Seal of Approval. 

Take the Cake for ages 4 and up.

GameWright earned the  Mensa Select award for their game Forbidden Island a game meant for those 10 years and older The Mensa Select award is one of the most coveted award for those in the game industry.

The Parents Choice Gold award was given to GameWright for their game Rory's Story Cubes and Can You See What I See? Bingo This is the first time since 2001 that GameWright won a Parents' Choice Gold and the first time ever that two games won in the same calendar year.

One of GameWrights top winners is their game Sounds Like A Plan. This game is all about giving outrageous advice and won a total of seven awards for the year. Order's Up is another game from GameWright where the theme is to serve hungry customers in a hurry. The game is recommended for children 6 and up and is a fast paced fast played game. The Oppenheim Toy Portfolio with the Gold award and Dr. Toy's pick as a Best Vacation Product was awarded to the game Order's Up.
