Cranberry and Cream Cheese Cake

•Duncan Hines Butter Recipe cake mix


•1 - 8oz package of softened cream cheese

•1 - 3 oz package of vanilla instant pudding

•1/2 cup vegetable oil

•4 eggs beaten

•2 tsp vanilla

•2 cups dried cranberries

1.Mix cream cheese and oil until creamy

2.Add pudding mix, cake mix, eggs, vanilla to the cream cheese mixture

3.Mix on medium speed for 4 minutes

4.Fold in cranberries

5.Grease and flour Bundt-type cake pan

6.Pour batter into prepared cake pan

7.Depending on type of oven, bake at least 1 hour at 325 degrees

8.After cooling, drizzle a light glaze across the top of cake
