One of the easiest things for my teens to make for snack or small meal are English Muffin Pizza For one thing they can fix them any way they want to and everyones can be different. Another reason is that they do not cost a lot of money. Here are a few different ways you can fix your english muffin pizza. You can also be creative and fix it a new and diverse manner.
Basic English Muffin Pizza Recipe
1 pkg. English muffins
1 can pizza sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Lay split English muffins on paper plate. Pour pizza sauce over muffins, enough to cover them. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cook on medium high in the microwave for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
