free printable meal plan chart

You can find a free printable meal plan chart over at the blog Sprik Space. This is a new blog to me but looks awesome with lots of great ideas. You may want to check them out as well. The meal plan printable will allow you to keep a copy in your household notebook as well as place one where all can see what the planned meal is.
