Good Earth review and giveaway

Varieties available include Mediterranean Chicken with Angel Hair Pasta, Spicy Citrus Glazed Shrimp with angel hair pasta, Herb Crusted Chicken with mushroom risotto and Tuscan Chicken with penne pasta.

My thoughts: we enjoyed the meal and I enjoyed the fact that all I had to add was a lb. of chicken breast. Inside the kit was 100% whole grain angel hair pasta, creamy sauce with olive oil, Mediterranean seasoning with tomatoes, and seasoned whole wheat flour for coating the chicken. To make the meal I simply added 1 lb. cut up chicken breast, 1/4 c milk, 1 c hot water and 2 T olive oil. The meal was ready to serve in 25 minutes. I can tell you that I have had boxed dinners in my life time and this was delicious and better for my family than others I had prepared.
