Yellow Tomato Salsa

Yellow Tomato Salsa

1 1/2 pounds yellow tomatoes, cut into quarters
1/2 cup red onion
1/4 cup torn basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1.Pulse tomatoes in a food processor until roughly chopped.
2.Transfer to a bowl and mix in onion, basil leaves, and salt.
