Hamburger and Vegetable Soup


This is a quick recipe that will please the family and leftovers are great heated up as well. College kids, young parents and nearly everyone will love this great and easy recipe


Hamburger and Vegetable Soup

1 lb. ground chuck ($2)

2 (15 oz. ) cans mixed vegetables with potatoes, undrained ($1)

2 (15 oz. ) can diced tomatoes ($1)

1 (8oz. ) can tomato sauce (.50)

1 small onion, chopped (in pantry)

1 c water

salt and pepper to taste


Brown and drain ground chuck, add remaining ingredients., heat to boil then simmer 1 hour.
