Polish Sausage and Kraut Casserole
large can of kraut
polish sausage
spread can of kraut out in casserole dish and layer sausages on top. Cover with foil and bake for 2 to 3 hours at 350 degrees. Uncover and let sit a few minutes.
great served with mashed potatos or fried taters.
