Chili Chip Party Platter

My teens will often eat what we eat but like any teen they love to have great dishes that are greasy, cheesy and good as well. So today for my recipe on the blog Me & Lu blog I am sharing
Chili Chip Party Platter

lb hamburger
medium onion, chop
1 pk Lawry’s spices and seasonings for chili
6 oz tomato paste
1 c water
8 or 9 oz tortilla chips or corn chips
6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can sliced pitted black olives, drained
½ c sliced green onions

In skillet brown beef Drain. Add onion, spices and seasonings for chili, tomato paste and water: mix well. Boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat to low: simmer uncovered 15 minutes, stir occasionally Serve over torilla chips. Top with cheddar cheese, olives and green onions.
