Pediped and Make a Wish Foundation

The week of October 25 to November 1 Pediped shoes will be high lighted in the Stars for a Wish online auction where 50 well known entertainers and athletes will autograph pairs of pediped baby shoes. The money raised will go to Make A Wish Foundation. Among the 50 pairs of Pediped shoes that will be autographed you will find signatures from Halle Berry, Andy Garcia, Tim Allen, Marcia Cross, Whoopie Goldberg and Jon Stewart. There will also be musicians like Faith Hill and Sugarland and sports stars like J.D. Drew and Shaquille Oneal

The Goal of the Stars for a wish foundation is $25,000 and bidding for each pair of shoes will start at $250 each. The winner of each pair of shoes will receive their pair of shoes in a cherry wood shadow box with a plaque attached. What a great feat for the money you spend knowing that 100% of all money will go directly to the Make a Wish Foundation. Angela and Brian Edgeworth are the individuals behind the Pediped footwear. The couple wanted to design a soft soled pair of shoes for their daughter. Now Pediped is among the top growing shoe companies. You can expect quality, unsurpassed comfort and style from the Pediped shoe company. With over 120 designs for both boys and girls ranging in size between newborns to 2+, and rubber soled shoes for children between ages 1 and 6 are available in over 2500 stores in the U.S. and in 40 countries around the world.

The Make A Wish Foundation is a wonderful worthwhile charity that helps grant the wishes of children with life threatening medical conditions. I have seen this done in a childs life that I knew when diagnosed with kidney cancer. The Make A Wish Foundation helps to enrich the childs lie by helping to fill life with hope, strength and joy. Make A Wish foundation was founded in 1980 when the group fulfilled the dreams of a child to become a police officer. Now with 65 chapters in the U.S it is the largest wish granting charity in the world. With nearly 25,000 volunteers and generous donors the group is able to make the wish of a child every 40 minutes and has granted more than 180,000 wishes.
