Not Me Monday

"Not Me" Monday is a meme where we share all that we did or did not do. I have not participated in this great meme located on the My Charming Kids blog for a little while but I thought I might today.

This was not one of the great weekends I have had for quite some time. I did not wait until the third of July to buy fireworks. I was not overwhelmed when we finally reached the warehouse and saw tons of people who had also waited til the last minute. I mean I am a mother of 6 children who has never waited on anything but for some reason was not even sure what we were going to do to celebrate this great day.

I was not a proud grandma when my little princess watched the fireworks. It did not excite me at all to watch her giggle with expressions of happiness because she loved them. I would not boast about that to all that I saw. After all I am not a gloating grandma who loves my granddaughter tons.
