I am not sure where the name of this salad came from or who started it I only know that when you have a garden full of vegies in the south you put them to work
diced tomatos
sliced cucumbers
sliced onion
mixture of 1 part vinegar to 2 part water
sugar to suit your taste
mix all Cover and let sit a few hours this is delicous
