Breakfast Casserole
1 pound Sausage Roll
6 slices bread, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
3/4 cup diced green and red peppers
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Brown sausage Drain.
Spread bread cubes in greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish; top with sausage, peppers and cheese. Whisk eggs, milk, salt and mustard until well blended; pour over cheese.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into squares; serve hot. Refrigerate leftovers.

This is one of my favorite recipes. It is so conveniently easy and always gets rave reviews. I now make it only in double batches! I have served it for family get-togethers as well as baby showers, etc.
